Users gradually abandon Apple Music

48% of users have registered to use try Apple Music has abandoned this music streaming service of "Apples with" - according to a survey of MusicWatch.

Standing in front of a "wave" of music streaming service on the market, Apple decided to jump into the sector by Apple Music service itself. However, it seems it has not succeeded in retaining users.

According to recent statistics of The Music Watch, only 11% of users registered to use test iOS Apple Music (Apple allows trial three months before the user has to spend money to further use); and so far, 48% of those registered using this test gave up. The study was conducted through survey of 5,000 users.

According to statistics, 61% of users said they have disabled automatically charged after three month trial period ends; and 64% of users surveyed said they "maybe" will continue to spend money to use in future Apple Music. It is clear that the numbers "not happy" with a reputation as Apple company. In the financial report, "Apples with" typically emphasizing customer satisfaction with the products and our services. However, this seems to be wrong with the music streaming service which it was first developed.

Survey of Music Watch, nonetheless, has some good news for Apple. 77% of users in the United States known Apple iOS Music, 28% of users Spotify Premium - a streaming music service to compete with Apple - Apple Music selected try. Development potential is still very large, however, the road to Apple persuade consumers to spend money for their services will not be easy.
